Preparation:
For each 70–90 ml demitasse cup, place approximately one heaping teaspoon of coffee into a cezve. Add water and sugar if desired, stir, and heat slowly. When the coffee begins to rise and develop foam, remove it from the heat and pour gently into the cup. Allow the coffee grounds to settle before drinking.
