Refunds or exchanges will only be approved if one of the following applies:

2. Other Product Categories
Refunds are accepted only if:

The item arrived damaged during shipping, and The issue is reported to the shipping company within 3 days of delivery
Customers must provide clear photos of the damaged item as evidence.
3. Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
If your COD order qualifies for a refund, you will be asked to provide your bank account details.
Once approved, the refund will be transferred directly to your account.
