1. Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
In rare cases where items are temporarily out of stock, fulfillment may take up to 10 business days.
Customers will be notified in case of any delays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer Standard and Express Shipping, depending on the destination:
United Kingdom (UK)
- Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–4 business days
Europe
- Express Shipping only: 3–4 business days
United States (US) & Canada
- Express Shipping only: 3–4 business days
Australia
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Jordan
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Egypt
- Standard Shipping: 4–6 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors.
3. Shipping Fees & Customs Responsibility
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or clearance fees are not included in product or shipping prices. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, based on the destination country’s regulations.
Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the shipment being returned or abandoned, and such cases are not eligible for a refund.
4. Delivery Time & Delay Disclaimer
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:
- Customs clearance
- Courier backlogs
- Weather or operational disruptions
- Peak seasons
- Other external factors beyond our control
Such delays are not considered non-delivery and do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or disputes.
5. Tracking Information Disclaimer
Tracking numbers are provided once the order is shipped.
Some shipping providers may take time to activate or update tracking.
UK Notice: Tracking updates may take 2–4 business days after shipment to show movement. This is normal and does not indicate an issue.
6. Customer Contact Details (Important for GCC Countries)
Customers must ensure that their phone number and delivery details are accurate at checkout.
For customers in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, and Jordan, local couriers may contact recipients via phone or WhatsApp.
If:
- The phone number is incorrect
- The customer does not respond
- Delivery fails due to unreachable customer
Atoliry is not responsible, and the order is not eligible for a refund.
7. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Incorrect phone number
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal of shipment
Atoliry reserves the right to:
- Cancel the order (shipping fees are non-refundable), or
- Request additional payment for re-shipping
8. Damaged Items During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged:
- Report within 24 hours for food, beauty, and personal care items
- Report within 3 days for other items
Please provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
Approved cases will be handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.
