1. Introduction
a) These Terms of Sale govern the supply of products to you as a buyer through

b) Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. By submitting an order through the Site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms with immediate effect.
2. Orders & Acceptance
a) Order Acceptance
Your order is considered accepted when we confirm acceptance in writing (e.g. via email or mobile message).
If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you and no charge will be processed.
b) Payment
By placing an order, you authorise Atoliry or its payment partners to charge your selected payment method.
Accepted payment methods:

Cash on Delivery (maximum amount: USD 300 / SAR 1000)
c) Customer Cancellation
You may cancel your order any time before shipment for any reason.
d) Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

Payment is not received when due

Required information for fulfillment is not provided

Delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or refusal
3. Delivery
a) Delivery Costs & Customs
Delivery fees are displayed at checkout.
Customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer according to their country’s regulations.
b) Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days from shipment, subject to possible delays due to customs or couriers.
c) Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as customs processing, courier disruptions, or force majeure. These do not automatically entitle the buyer to cancellation or refund unless the order remains unshipped beyond the fulfillment window.
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability and the customer does not respond to our contact attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
d) Transfer of Responsibility
Ownership and responsibility for the product pass to the customer once the order is delivered to the specified address.
e) Stock Availability & Fulfillment
In rare cases where items are temporarily out of stock, Atoliry reserves the right to fulfill the order within up to 10 business days.
Customers will be notified in case of delay. Partial shipments may occur at our discretion.
4. Product Information
We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all content is free from minor errors and reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies without liability.
5. Pricing
We strive to display accurate pricing. However, pricing errors may occur.
Atoliry reserves the right to cancel any order placed with incorrect pricing due to a technical or human error, even after order confirmation.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Food, cosmetic, and personal care products are not eligible for withdrawal once shipped, for hygiene and safety reasons.
However, we will approve returns or replacements if:

The item was damaged during shipping

The wrong product was delivered

The product is defective or unusable
Returns are not accepted in cases such as:

Delivery delays affecting special occasions

Customer relocation while order is in transit
