How to Prepare (Traditional Cezve Method)

1. Add 70–75 ml cold or room-temperature water to the cezve for each cup.
2. Add 2 teaspoons (about 7 g) coffee per cup. Add sugar to taste if desired.
3. Stir for 30–40 seconds before heating.
4. Heat on medium-low and allow to gently foam for about 2.5–3 minutes (do not boil).
5. Spoon the foam into cups, then pour the remaining coffee to finish.
